Accreditation and Training
The delivery of market relevant and practical education and training is a key objective of the NZFMA. To achieve this, NZFMA provides industry training for member representatives that provides them with the requrements necessary for NZFMA Accreditation along with a selection of courses and workshops to ensure their knowledge remains current in general and specialist areas of the industry.
Although NZFMA Accreditation is available to staff of NZFMA member organisations only, NZFMA education and training is available to non-NZFMA members, and we provide structured training opportunities that meet the continuing education requirements of the Financial Advisers Act. Further information regarding compliance with the the Financial Advisers Act is available from the Financial Markets Authority.
