The NZFMA has developed, over time, a comprehensive system of industry accepted standards for the trading of over-the-counter products in the wholesale market.

NZFMA Code of Ethics & Code of Conduct: Provides a frame of reference within which specific elements of business behaviour and market practice can be judged. For a copy of the Code click here.

NZFMA Guide to OTC Documents: This is a project that is currently under way to allow all NZFMA members to use ISDA Master Agreement in risk management markets.
