NZdata service
NZFMA's NZdata service replaced the Reuters system for the calculation and publication of the benchmark rates for Bills, Swaps and Bonds. These rates are now provided to Reuters by NZdata and will continue to be delivered by your existing information vendor, but from 1 April 2008 will only be available to NZdata subscribers.
The NZdata service uses a proven model that was implemented in Australia seven years ago. It provides a web based contribution mechanism which makes rate input for contributors a very simple process. NZdata is a data feed of real time and reference information pertaining to New Zealand's wholesale (over-the-counter) financial markets that can be taken into back office systems or viewed on the vendors’ screens.
The NZdata service represents all the markets in New Zealand and will be overseen by the NZFMA Rates and FX Committees.
If you currently receive pages BKBM, Overnight Cash Rate, NZ Swaps Closes and NZ Govt Closes via your Reuters or Bloomberg subscription, these pages will NOT be available from 1 April 2008 unless your organisation has subscribed to the NZdata service.

Download the NZdata End User Subscription Agreement to receive pages BKBM, Overnight Cash Rate, NZ Swaps Closes and NZ Govt Closes from 1 April 2008. Once you have completed the agreement, return it to NZFMA by Friday 28 March 2008 to ensure your continued receipt of Bills, Swaps and Bonds rate information. Your organisation will be invoiced for the relevant annual subscription fee (1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009).
